Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
You will be picked up from either Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport and be dropped off at Karibu Heritage House. If time allows, depending on your arrival, you will have an option to do Arusha city tour, visiting the famous art gallery (Cultural Heritage), Local market and Maasai Market.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel by the driver/guide and drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna and Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant and giraffe. After a full day in the park, you will drive to Tarangire campsite, where you will be able to relax and enjoy dinner and have an overnight inside the park.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Begin your morning game drive exploring the wildlife-rich Tarangire River area, where you can spot elephants, lions, zebras, and giraffes. Midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes, including seasonal swamps and open savannahs. Visit Silale Swamp, a haven for birdwatching and predators like lions and leopards. In the late afternoon, capture the magic of a sunset game drive as animals become more active in the cooler hours. End your day with dinner and an overnight stay at your campsite.

Day 4: Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you will exit Tarangire and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Manyara is a small but diverse park. The park’s namesake is a shallow, Salt Lake. It covers a large area of the park, flooding and drying with the seasons and is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. On your exploration of the park you will see monkeys, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant and with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes; not only open grassy plains, but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs. Dinner and overnight will be at Fig Tree Lodge.

Day 4: Serengeti national Park
After breakfast drive up the crater highlands, stopping at the rim for a spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater. Continuing as far as the eye can see is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti mean “endless plain” and this 5,700 sq. mile (14,763 sq. km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million wildebeest. Large predators including lions, cheetahs and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrate throughout the park. After game drive, you will drive to your Rest House for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today you will have a full day game drive exploring the beautiful scenery of Serengeti searching for the big five and the great migration. Later you will go back to your Rest House for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Today you will wake up very early in the morning for a sunrise game drive after a quick cup of coffee/tea so as to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sun rise in front of you. The sunrise in the African Savanna is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. Later at noon you will return back to the campsite for a brunch/lunch and then you will continue with the afternoon game drive. Later in the evening you will drive to Simba campsite in Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
Today you will wake up early to do an early morning game drive after breakfast. You will descend to the crater, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wild life in the planet. It contains a river, several swamps, and a soda lake that from the top, looks like steam, full of flamingos, a forest and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusks, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. After a 5 hour of game drive, you will drive to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Walking Safari at Empakai Crater
Begin your day with a guided walking safari at Empakai Crater, departing from Simba Campsite. Hike down into the crater, enjoying the stunning views and diverse wildlife, including flamingos at the crater lake. After the trek, return to Simba Campsite, then embark on a scenic late-afternoon drive to Lake Eyasi. Arrive in the evening, settle into your campsite, and enjoy dinner before resting for an overnight stay, preparing for an immersive cultural experience with the Hadza tribe the next day.

Day 9: Visiting the Hadzabe & Datoga at Lake Eyasi
Lake Eyasi is a seasonal, shallow salt lake located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, at the base of the Serengeti Plateau, just south of Serengeti National Park and southwest of Ngorongoro Crater. Today, you’ll have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of the Hadza tribe, one of the last hunter-gatherer communities in Africa. Join them on an authentic hunting experience and learn about their traditional way of life, from tracking game like dik-diks to collecting honey. Their simple huts are easily built and abandoned as they move in search of resources. The Hadza also have a distinctive click language. After this enriching cultural encounter, you’ll drive to Karibu Heritage for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 10: Materuni Waterfalls & Chemka Hot springs
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel, heading to Materuni Waterfalls, a hidden gem near Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a scenic hike through lush coffee farms and learn about the local Chagga culture before reaching the breathtaking waterfall. Afterward, visit a local coffee farm for a hands-on coffee-making experience and savor a traditional local lunch in Materuni village.
In the afternoon, travel to Chemka Hot Springs, an oasis with crystal-clear, warm waters. Relax, swim, and soak in the serene surroundings before heading back to your hotel in the evening.
