Camps like Singita, Nomad and andBeyond release availability 12–18 months in advance and sell out for July–October the same season. For peak migration luxury, book 12 months ahead. For green-season luxury (May, November), camps offer 20–30% lower rates with the same standards — a smart pick if your dates are flexible.

Per person, per day, all-inclusive (camps + charters + private guide): luxury USD 1,150–1,800, ultra-luxury USD 2,000–3,500+. A 9-day ultra-luxury safari + Zanzibar typically runs USD 18,000–28,000 per person. Helicopter days add USD 2,800–4,200 each. Mnemba Island add USD 2,800–4,500 per person per night.

Every luxury enquiry is handled directly by one of our senior planners or a founder. We hold camps the day you enquire (most camps will hold 7–10 days for us). Charter aircraft are booked in your name with overweight allowances negotiated in advance. We assign your guide weeks before arrival and brief them on your interests, photography needs and pace preferences. On the ground, our Arusha office and the camp head guides are in direct radio contact every day.
