Serengeti Safari Packages — Tailor-Made With All-Inclusive Pricing

Every package is built to the same all-inclusive standard: a private Toyota Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, fridge and charging ports; a senior English-speaking driver-guide with 10+ years in the parks; all park, crater and conservation fees; full-board accommodation in your chosen tier; bottled water in the vehicle; airport transfers from Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO); and 24/7 WhatsApp support from our Arusha office. International flights, the USD 50 Tanzania e-visa, tips and travel insurance are extra.

Most guests pick between three lengths: 5-day fly-in package (Arusha → northern Serengeti by charter → Crater → home), 7-day classic (Arusha → Tarangire → Manyara → Crater → central Serengeti), and 10-day great journey (adds northern Serengeti and a Zanzibar option). Shorter than 5 days, you lose the Serengeti. Longer than 10, you start repeating habitats — better to add Zanzibar or Kilimanjaro instead.

5-day Fly-In Migration Package

• Day 1: Arrive JRO, overnight Arusha boutique lodge

8-day Calving Season Package (Feb–Mar)

Mid-range packages start at USD 395 per person per day all-inclusive. Premium at USD 650. Luxury (Singita, Nomad, &Beyond) at USD 1,150+. Park fees alone in the Serengeti are USD 70–80 per person per day, which we never hide as an extra. Internal flights between Arusha and the central or northern Serengeti add roughly USD 250–500 per person each way.

July through early October is peak migration — book 9 to 12 months ahead. February brings calving — equally extraordinary, similar lead time. June and November are shoulder months with great value. April and May are green low season — half the vehicles, lower rates, occasional rain showers but stunning skies.

A senior planner replies within 24 hours with three or four package options and honest pricing for each. You revise until it's perfect, we hold camps for 7 days while you decide, then a 25% deposit confirms. Final balance is due 60 days before travel. Every package includes a pre-trip Zoom briefing with your guide before you fly.

Most guests add a Zanzibar tail (3–5 days) or a Kilimanjaro climb (6–8 days). Both are routine combinations with internal flights from Arusha. We also build longer expedition packages that include the western corridor, Loliondo concessions, or a fly-camping night under canvas.
